Dear Parents,
Our last full day of camp was sweet! I’m thankful to the Lord that He has kept us safe and has given us a great time of undistracted time in the word, worship, and fellowship!
Today for food, we started off with eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and pastries! For lunch, hot dogs, burgers, and fries. And for dinner, we had some yummy tacos!
Sessions were such an encouragement today! In the morning, we took a break from the Romans Road and split up the boys and girls. Jesse Martinez taught the boys and Rachel Martinez taught the girls. Both went through Ephesians 4 and discussed what we must put off and put on in order to be godly men and women.
I had the privilege of preaching the gospel for our final session tonight. I wrapped up our Romans Road series by discussing HOW we can receive the salvation Christ accomplished on the cross. We unpacked Romans 10:9 and saw that sinners must confess Jesus as Lord and believe God raised Christ from the dead. Simply, students must repent and believe in Christ! I was encouraged by how many students responded to the gospel - asking our staff great questions and confessing sin.
Tomorrow is sadly the last day! Remember that pick up is at 10:30 AM here at Pine Valley Bible Conference Center - specifically at Shiloh Hall.
