A Word from Shayne
Hello Jr. High Parents and Happy Christmas week!
The day we have been waiting for all year is almost here, and I couldn’t be more excited. I love the Christmas season. I love the time spent with family, I love the delicious food to be eaten, I love watching the Christmas movies and singing the Christmas songs. Most importantly, I love to reflect on the Incarnation. The truth that God, with all His power, glory, and honor, decided to humble himself by becoming a man like Philippians 2:8 tells us:
“And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.”
Christ became a man that one day he could go to the cross as a payment for our sins. Now if that isn’t a reason to be happy this holiday season, I don’t know what is.
We just wanted to send out a friendly reminder that we will be starting our Christmas break and will NOT be having Youth group on Wednesdays or Sundays for 2 weeks. There is no youth for the next 2 Wednesdays or the next 2 Sundays. We do this to give the parents, students, and staff a small break, to enjoy some time off with family, and to get ready for when we do start back up again in January. Make sure to mark those dates down so that you don’t show up at the Tracy home and no one is there.
We will be starting our Wednesday Night meetings on: Wednesday, January 6th
We will be starting our Sunday Morning meetings on: Sunday, January 10th
Also, please don’t forget about our WINTER CAMP which is happening from January 15th - January 18th. Sign ups are available on our website or below.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas! I pray that the hope of the incarnation of Christ fills you with love, joy, and excitement. See you all in 2021!

Last Week
We had a BLAST last week at our Student Christmas Party! The students did phenomenal going through all the minute-to-win-it stations and the parents ran the stations seamlessly. In the end, everyone got a prize and we enjoyed desserts and hot chocolate as we said goodbye to everyone until next year.
