A Word From Shayne
Hello Jr. High Parents, and Happy New Year!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas season. I enjoyed some much needed time with the family and away from work. As we say goodbye to 2020 and say hello to 2021, we are looking forward to a great year with all of your students. This week we are back from our winter break with our first Wednesday night gathering of the year. We will be back at the Tracy home at our regular meeting time, and we can't wait to see your students there!
The biggest thing happening in the youth ministry is our WINTER CAMP! Winter Camp 2021 is right around the corner and we are pumped. Here is some information you need to know:
Camp Info:
We will be going to Indian Hills Camp (address: 15763 Lyons Valley Rd, Jamul, CA 91935) down near San Diego. The dates for camp are Friday January 15th to Monday January 18th.
Student Drop off:
Please plan on being at the Faith Bible Church's Midweek Facility (address: 27470 Jefferson Ave, Temecula, CA 92590) on Friday, January 15th at 3pm for your students final registration. We will be boarding the students on buses, and we will be leaving at roughly 4pm.
Student Pickup:
We are planning on leaving the Indian Hills Camp on Monday, January 18th by 11am and are intending on getting back to the midweek facility by 1pm.
Other details:
We will be sending out a thorough packing list to all of you soon but PLEASE plan to make sure your students have enough WARM clothing.

The cost for camp is $150 per Jr higher however, we do not want finances to be the reason that your student does not go to camp. If for any reason you cannot pay the full amount please visit this url:

to apply for a scholarship. The Lord has provided over and abundant funds that have been set aside to help your students get to camp if you cannot afford the cost. We have it, you just need to sign them up!
The Lord works at camp! The students get extra time with not only friends and peers, BUT also extra one on one time with their leaders! So much fruit has come from camp and we want to see your student there, so sign up!

Wednesday Night Details
- Time: 6:15-8:15pm
- Location: Tracy house 23799 Humphrey Court Murrieta, CA 92562
- Please have your student bring a Bible, notebook, pen, and a blanket to sit on.
- It gets pretty cold at night so please make sure your students are dressed warmly.
Sunday Morning Details
- We meet every Sunday morning during the NEW first service time of 9:00-10:15am
- Here is the address we meet at on Sunday: Murrieta Valley High School
- In order to get to where we meet on Sundays, walk down with your parents to the stadium and then make a right at the stairs where the youth ministry sign is. Go up the stairs, through the hall, and we will be right there after the hallway.
