A Word From Shayne
Hello Parents,
We have had some interesting weather over the last week and we wanted to say thank you all for being so flexible last Wednesday when we had to switch our locations. Our desire is to still have our Wednesday night meetings at the Tracy home but in the case of another rainy day we will be returning the location we met at last week.
Looking at the upcoming weather, we are seeing another potential rainy day with low temps this Wednesday so we will be returning to the Empire Medical Building that we were in last week (27383 Via Industria, Temecula, CA) at our original times from 6:15pm to 8:15pm. As soon as we start to have clear weather our plan is to be back at the Tracy home. Please reach out if you have any questions about this temporary change.
This week we will be continuing our series in 1 Peter titled "Survival Through Hope". We will be looking at 1 Peter 4 which talks about the Christian's pursuit of holiness in a world that is not holy all the while keeping our focus on Christ who is our perfect example.
Also, Mystery Night is fast approaching and we are still looking for more drivers! If you are able, we would love for you to volunteer to drive the night of the event (Friday, March 26). Please email christina@faith-bible.net to sign up. In addition to this, the last week for the students to create or join a team for Mystery Night is NEXT WED. Below we have included a picture of the form that the students can write out their teams. Feel free to print it out if your student doesn’t have a team yet, or see Christina this Wednesday or Sunday to get a copy.
We are looking forward to seeing all of your students there this week.

Last Week
Though we were not at our normal Wednesday location, it did not deter us from having fun! We enjoyed ping pong, cards, magic tricks, and then played Baby, Backpack, Bridge for our game. After worshiping the Lord in song, we heard from Shayne out of 1 Peter on how to live in a crazy world as a Christian. We finished the night with small groups and fellowship!
Wednesday Night Details
- Time: 6:15-8:15pm
- Location: Tracy house 23799 Humphrey Court Murrieta, CA 92562
- Please have your student bring a Bible, notebook, pen, and a blanket to sit on.
- It now is getting colder at night so please make sure your students are dressed warmly.
Sunday Morning Details
- We meet every Sunday morning during the first service from 9-10:15am
- Here is the address we meet at on Sunday: Murrieta Valley High School
- In order to get to where we meet on Sundays, walk down with your parents to the stadium and then make a right at the stairs where the youth ministry sign is. Go up the stairs, through the hall, and we will be right there after the hallway.
