TALENT SHOW
As you can see from the Camp Schedule above, there will be a TALENT SHOW! This is always such a highlight of camp and I know many students are already planning to participate! Sign-ups will begin this Wednesday at our JH meeting but students will also be able to sign-up at camp. Because the talent show will be Jr High and High School combined – there will be a 1:30 min MAX for each talent. We also encourage students to participate in groups if they can.
TEAMS
Below is a list of Winter Olympic Teams. These teams are only for games and competitions. Teams do not affect cabin assignments, small groups, or anything else. It is not required – but I know many students may want to bring team-colored clothes to get in the competition spirit! Optional but super fun.
* If you do not see your student’s name on a team, please let me know and we will add them.
* Please no requests for team swaps – students are added to teams randomly and, as stated above, does not impact “camp experience” much.
CABIN ASSIGNMENTS
Cabin assignments will be given at Check-In. Boys with boys. Girls with girls. Jr high and high school will not mix. Generally, cabins will be assigned by grade/gender (6th boys, 6th girls, etc.)
NO PHONE POLICY
In an effort to protect our students from the dangers of technology and the internet, I am asking you for your students to NOT bring their cell phones or any other device to camp. If they ever need to use it to contact you, they can simply ask any of our staff. Also, they can just use my or any staff's phone to contact you. And you can contact me at any point if you have any questions or concerns (contact info at the bottom of this email). Plenty of pictures and videos will be taken by photographers and staff and will be shared with you. My heart is only to protect our students and to eliminate any distractions for the weekend.

NOT TOO LATE TO SIGN-UP JH FRIENDS!
Please make every last effort to invite JH friends, family, and neighbors! We want to reach as many students with the gospel as possible. The pandemic has hurt many families and our corrupt culture is dragging students into immorality, fear, depression, and anxiety. We need to make every effort to reach the lost.Do not let money be an issue for them, we still have scholarships available. They can find both the sign-up link and scholarship application form on www.fbcyouth.net.
I’m rejoicing, praying, and giving thanks for another opportunity the Lord has given us to preach the gospel to about 200 JH and HS students. All we desire is for Christ to be glorified and souls to be saved. Would you join us in prayer for the hearts of our students before and during camp?
Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions! (terrell@faith-bible.net)
In Him,
Terrell Medina
