[RISE Update] Summer Blowout DAY 2!

Dear Parents,

Day 1 of the Youth Summer Blowout was a BLAST! We had 20 JR HIGH NEW VISITORS! Praise God! I’m so proud of your students for inviting so many AND for sticking with them last night to make them feel comfortable! 😊

This week we’re testing students’ BRAINS, BELLY, and BRAWNS. Yesterday we tested their BRAINS through a series of mind-bending stations. It was a ton of fun! Today we test their BELLYS. 😳

After the games, we had a sweet time of worship through song, Jesse preached from James 4 as he called on students to pick a team: for God or against Him. The gospel was clearly preached to SO many students and we got to dig even deeper in small groups! Tonight, Alex Crain brings the Word out of Job. Tomorrow I preach from Romans. Let’s go!
