Dear Parents,
It has been such a joyful week of ministry! This past Sunday was especially encouraging. Our own Jesse Martinez began our new Sunday morning series on the Attributes of God! He started with God’s holiness out of Psalm 99. It was SO good! Please be praying for this series – that a greater knowledge of who our God is would lead our students to come to truly know Him, love Him, and worship Him!
Also on Sunday, we had a GIANT youth staff meeting – Jr High, High School, and College Ministry staff combined to worship together, pray for each other, and be encouraged by our pastor Chris Mueller. This is just another example of how deeply our church cares for the next generation. We left super encouraged remembering that we are ALL after the same goal – to present each student in our ministries complete in Christ (Col 1:28–29).

YOUTH TOMORROW @ THE BEHNAN’S! 🕊️
Join us TOMORROW NIGHT (4/19), from 6:30–8:30 PM at the Behnan Home (36750 Robin Scott St, Murrieta, CA 92562)!
This week, I’ll be closing our series called: “God Our Refuge.” This has been such a helpful and needed series thus far as we know many of our own students have or are currently struggling with depression & anxiety.
Tomorrow we will open up to Matthew 6:25–34 as Jesus gives us the cure for Anxiety. You’ve got to read this passage with your students before youth – it is so sweet and will serve as such a great encouragement for your entire family. This passage reminds us that God CARES for His children. He is ALWAYS faithful to us, will NEVER abandon us, and will continue to be with us for all eternity. Knowing a God like this, how could we ever worry or feel anxious?
25 For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? 27 And who of you by being worried can add a single cubit to his life span? 28 And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, 29 yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. 30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith! 31 Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ 32 For all these things the Gentiles eagerly seek; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. 34 So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Last Week
We are so thankful to be able to meet with the Jr. Highers and demonstrate Christ to them each Wednesday. After enjoying our “hangs” time and a fun game, the kids did a great job singing in worship to our King. Then Alex taught on what the Bible has to say about depression and we got to answer any further questions the kids may have had in small groups. We can’t wait to do it all again this Wednesday!

Sunday Morning Details
We meet every Sunday morning during the first service from 8:00 - 9:15 AM.

In order to get to where we meet on Sundays, walk towards the upper quad of campus past Children’s Ministry. You will see our large group gathered at the far end! Or, you can always ask one of our friendly ushers or greeters where Jr. High Ministry meets and they will show you.
