THIS WEDNESDAY – 4/5
We are back tomorrow night at the FBC Warehouse as we look at another great parable. This week, we will study The Parable of the Rich Man & Lazarus found in Luke 16:19-31. It is common to see Jr High Students struggle with the idea of eternity – that we are only here for such a short time in view of the eternity that awaits us after death. Look at this important verse in our passage:
But Abraham said, ‘Child, remember that during your life you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus bad things. But now he is being comforted here, and you are in agony. (Luke 16:25)
It’s an exciting and fun time to be in Jr High Ministry! Check out all of our upcoming events below. See you tomorrow!
In Him,
Terrell

PRAYER REQUESTS FROM JAMES
I wanted to request your prayers this morning for myself and fellow believers. I have travelled to Berlin to assist in coordinating aid to Ukraine, through the Ekstein Bible Training Center (EBTC). I landed yesterday and will be in Berlin through the month of April assisting EBTC. EBTC, as a seminary, knows pastors throughout the US, Germany, Poland, and Ukraine, so has been getting aid to Ukraine for the past several weeks through all of their connections (one of the EBTC men is traveling to London today to speak with English churches about their needs). I am SO thankful to already hear of how this relief is being used by Ukrainian churches. Unsaved Ukrainians are attending church during this difficult time, hearing the wonderful gospel that Christ died to save sinners, repenting from their sin, and putting their faith in Christ!
We are meeting with Biblical Ministries Worldwide to discuss how we can further partner to get aid to Ukraine. Pray that we can partner effectively with BMW and all of these other churches!
EBTC would be used by God to continue to support the Ukrainian churches.
Thus far, they have sent 12 vans worth of food and medical supplies to Ukraine. They have also donated four vehicles to Ukrainian churches so that they can disseminate the aid in Ukraine and plan to purchase a fifth vehicle tomorrow
They have also sent 4,500 gospel tracts with the aid, so Ukrainian churches can reach unsaved people during this time
I am travelling with a group to pick up supplies in Warsaw and drive them into western Ukraine. This will be in the far west, toward the Polish border, so will be safe. Pray for smooth travel, as the border has been a source of delay! They had one group stuck at the border for 16 hours.
We would organize our donor support/updates, supplies and needs lists, and contact lists so that everything runs smoothly.
The lionshare of what I am doing is organizing their communications. They are getting messages from many churches, through many different ways, and need to track all of the requests, what has been fulfilled, etc. They also have been so overwhelmed getting aid to Ukraine, they have fallen behind on communicating with donors through thank you letters, updates, and new needs.
I would be flexible and helpful to EBTC. I am still getting a handle on what exactly I’ll be doing!
Other churches would be encouraged upon hearing our updates, unifying the Church.
Above all, that God would use this difficult time and our ministry to bring people to faith in Christ.

Last Week
Youth last Wednesday was a ton of fun!! We had a lot of new visitors who came and enjoyed a great game of keeping an egg protected enough to withstand being thrown off the edge of the building. We then heard a compelling message on the Parable of the Dinner, inviting the students to respond to the Gospel and enter into a forever relationship with Jesus Christ. Worship was sweet and small group time was so fruitful!! We are enjoying these last few weeks left with our 8th graders!
