I am pumped for our summer semester this year! We’ve got something planned for EVERY WEEK this summer (and EVERY DAY in July)! I hope your students can stay connected with us – have them attend Wednesdays & Sundays when your family is in town and encourage them to participate in the John Summer Challenge!
POOL & ICE CREAM TRUCK TONIGHT! 🏊♂️🍦
Join us TONIGHT (6/28) at the Castellon Home (24454 Whitaker Way, Murrieta) from 6:30–8:30 PM for our first Summer POOL DAY! Plus, the FBC Ice Cream Truck is coming to make our summer launch even more special!
Make sure your student comes in an appropriate swimsuit and towel for the pool! And don’t forget your Bibles as we will be going through our new series: SUMMERTIME PSALMS! ☀️📖 Every Wednesday and Sunday, our incredible staff guys (who are being trained in their teaching & preaching) will preach through some of their favorite Psalms!
This past Sunday, I kicked off our series with Psalm 63: A Thirsting Soul Satisfied. And now, tonight, Nolan Clanton will walk us through Psalm 1. Can’t wait!

We’ve got something planned for EVERY WEEK this summer! Make sure your students get connected and don’t waste their summer break! You can also pick up a printed copy tonight at youth!
JOHN SUMMER CHALLENGE STARTS THIS SATURDAY! 📖
IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN! Every summer, we put on a SUMMER CHALLENGE intended to get our students in the habit of praying and reading their Bibles EVERY DAY! We’ve gone through Proverbs, Mark, and now this summer we will study the Gospel of JOHN! 🙌
There are FOUR STEPS! Every day in JULY, your student will (1) pray, (2) read that day’s passage from John, (3) watch the video devotional, and (4) answer the application questions. The videos and application questions will be posted each day on fbcyouth.net/risemedia
If your student completes at least 25/31 days ON TIME (the day of), they will receive an EXCLUSIVE prize at the end of the summer!

Last Week
Last Wednesday night was a blast! Thank you to all of the parents who made it to our Camp Rewind night. We are so thankful for any opportunity we get to chat with you all and come alongside you as you disciple your student(s). We also got a great overview of how both Jr High and High School camp went, and it was incredible to see how the Lord worked! Praise the Lord for all of the work He accomplished and the hearts He impacted for Himself.

Wednesday Night Details
Time: 6:30-8:30 PM
Location: Castellon House (24454 Whitaker Way, Murrieta, CA 92562)
Please have your student bring a Bible and an appropriate swim suit and towel if your student wants to swim.
Sunday Morning Details
We meet every Sunday morning during the first service from 8:00 - 9:15 AM.
Here is the address we meet at on Sunday: Murrieta Valley High School
In order to get to where we meet on Sundays, walk towards the upper quad of campus past Children’s Ministry. You will see our large group gathered at the far end! Or, you can always ask one of our friendly ushers or greeters where Jr. High Ministry meets and they will show you.
