[RISE Weekly] Thanksgiving Break! 🍁
NO youth this Wednesday but join us for our FBC Thanksgiving Eve service! We still meet this Sunday, 11/27 during 1st service.

It was so much fun to be with your students at Friendsgiving! Your students are the best and we love spending time with them! We can’t tell you enough how thankful we are for the opportunity to lead your students to Christ. I pray that your family has an amazing, Christ-honoring, Thanksgiving!

TOMORROW (11/23) there will be NO YOUTH – THANKSGIVING BREAK! Instead, I’d encourage your family to join us for our Thanksgiving Eve Service!
Join us for a family gathering for one hour TOMORROW, November 23rd, at Murrieta Valley High School in the PAC (where we normally meet) from 6–7 pm for a time of thanks, praise, prayer, and sweet fellowship (and a treat).
Childcare is available for 0-4 year-olds ONLY; space is limited, so please REGISTER HERE.
We will resume our Jr High meetings on Sunday, 11/27, and Wednesday, 11/30.
“RISE ON CAMPUS” UPDATE
It has been a great privilege to preach the gospel to around 30 students every Friday at David A. Brown Middle School! ALL of these students are completely NEW to us – before this club, they’ve never been to FBC or our youth group! Most have never even been to church before. It keeps growing as students invite their friends to join and I use every minute we have to build relationships with them.
What is amazing is that they are always absolutely quiet and attentive whenever I begin preaching to them. Maybe it’s because I talk really loud and make eye contact with every one of them… but probably most likely because they are hearing these amazing gospel truths for the first time! Pray with me that their hearts would be transformed by the gospel. Pray that they would come to youth group and church (some already have). Pray that we could get them to winter camp!

Early-Bird Registration is now OPEN for WINTER CAMP 2023! Students cannot miss this incredible weekend away saturated in God’s word, discipleship, and tons of fun! This year, we’ll be going to Thousand Pines Christian Camp – a MAJOR upgrade from where we usually go (nicer facilities, extra fun activities like zip-lining and rock climbing, and a bigger and better malt shop)! Last Week
We had such a wonderful Wednesday night last week with our game, worship, and message. We also enjoyed delicious hot chocolate provided by the generous Behnan family! This past Saturday we also had Friendsgiving! Each d-group enjoyed fun, fellowship, games, and making food at the individual houses and then we all ate together the food we had prepared at the Farrell’s house. It was so much fun!

We meet every Sunday morning during the first service from 8:00 - 9:15 AM.

In order to get to where we meet on Sundays, walk towards the upper quad of campus past Children’s Ministry. You will see our large group gathered at the far end! Or, you can always ask one of our friendly ushers or greeters where Jr. High Ministry meets and they will show you.
